Appointments:

We recommend that you make your reservation at least one day in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellations:

To avoid charges, Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment date.

To make your experience more pleasant, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment, so you can get ready, and so you have time to relax.

Late Arrivals:

All treatments will start and end at their scheduled time, so if you arrive late, this will cut into your treatment time. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Restrictions:

Please advise our Staff (Front Desk or Esthetician) about any physical limitations/disabilities, allergies, and any other condition that should be taken into account during treatment.

Expectant Mothers:

Children:

Regrettably, we are unable to allow children on the premises.

Garments:

For your comfort, Buenrostro Day Spa will provide you with a Robe, Towels, and Disposable Sandals

Privacy:

Our Staff is professionally trained to bring you a comfortable, private, dedicated service. You will remain covered during treatment. We recommend that you bring a swimsuit for Hydrotherapy Services.

Relaxation Area:

Only Customers who will be receiving treatment are allowed in the Relaxation Area.

Cell Phones:

To protect the serenity and comfort of our Customers, we kindly ask that you turn off all mobile devices (cell phones, pagers, etc.) prior to entering our Day Spa.

Lost Items:

Buenrostro Day Spa is not liable for lost or forgotten items.

Tips:

Are optional and may be deposited in the Tip Box located at the Front Desk; tips are not allowed within the Spa.

Therapists:

Each of our Licensed Therapists has their appointments assigned to them; as a result, the person who provides you with the service may vary from time to time.

Gift Certificates and Special Promotions:

Are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for other services.
